They seek a Contracts Manager for their corporate HQ project execution team. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role involves managing procurement and contracting, developing strategies, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance in collaboration with site teams.
What You'll Do:
- Develop contracting strategies and lead major procurement efforts
- Manage RFx processes, review proposals, and recommend awards
- Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts with suppliers
- Ensure compliance, oversee contract administration, and resolve claims/disputes
- Improve procurement processes and maintain contract templates
What You'll Need - BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in procurement or contract management (industrial/mining preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- ERP systems knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with 10-25% travel
