They’re currently looking for a Manager, Geotechnical to join their team.
What You'll Do:- Ensure the technical success of projects by managing risk and maintaining quality.
- Lead and mentor the geotechnical team to deliver efficient, high-quality client solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support project outcomes and business growth.
- Oversee project execution, including resource allocation, workload balancing, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and review technical reports across all project stages.
- Serve as Project Manager and Peer Reviewer on select assignments.
- Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Contribute to business development by attending conferences and publishing technical papers.
What You'll Bring to the Table:- Strong expertise in geotechnical analysis and reporting across all project phases, from pre-feasibility to closure.
- At least 15 years of experience in underground mining environments.
- Proven consulting experience.
- Practical problem-solving skills and a strong technical foundation.
- Experience leading and delivering geotechnical projects in varied mining settings.
- Leadership skills with a collaborative, supportive approach.
- Openness to new ideas and ways of working.
- Clear communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and integrative thinking across sectors.
- A master’s degree in geomechanics.
- Professional accreditation with a recognized industry body.
- A consistent track record of high-quality project delivery, client relationship development, and business growth.
