They are currently looking for a Business Leader for their Toronto office. This role combines project management, technical acumen, operational and people leadership, and market development.

What You'll Do

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage mining projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Operations Management: Lead and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the Toronto office.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to grow market presence.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
