They're looking for a skilled and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the design and construction of major capital projects within their portfolio. This key role calls for expertise in managing projects from initial planning and feasibility through to commissioning and early operational readiness, ensuring seamless execution and excellence every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

• Take charge of capital projects, managing scheduling, budgeting, and overall execution.
• Oversee and align key workstreams across multiple projects in the portfolio.
• Manage construction contracts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with site Construction Managers to track progress, resolve challenges, and take corrective action when needed.
• Handle procurement and logistics for project-related activities.
• Actively participate in commissioning and the early ramp-up of completed projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain best practices.
• Use a structured project management approach to guide and support activities across portfolio companies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with operations teams to integrate their insights into the design process.
• Provide support during due diligence for potential new investments as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to live in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• 20+ years of experience in managing engineering design and construction, ideally in the mining sector.
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of health and safety standards and practices.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
