Our client is a rapidly growing, Andreessen Horowitz-backed technology company redefining how modern businesses operate. Having established strong product-market fit and secured backing from some of the most respected investors in Silicon Valley, they are entering a critical growth phase and are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the CEO and executive team.
This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role.
The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of business development, strategic operations, and executive leadership, serving as a force multiplier for the CEO while driving key growth initiatives across the company.

You'll have visibility into every aspect of the business and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and external partners.
You'll be equally comfortable evaluating potential partnerships, preparing board materials, optimizing internal processes, and helping execute the company's most important strategic priorities.
