The Opportunity

As a Business Development Strategist, you’ll play a critical role in driving new business opportunities and helping expand the company’s presence across the US market. You’ll work closely with senior sales leadership and Account Executives to identify target clients, build outbound strategies, and generate qualified pipeline opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients across target industries
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach
Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline opportunities
Research accounts and build strategic outreach plans
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on go-to-market initiatives
Develop a strong understanding of AI-driven sales and MarTech solutions
Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline reporting
Consistently achieve and exceed activity and performance targets
What They’re Looking For
1-3 years of experience in business development as a BDR/SDR
Must be proficient in AI, operations and highly organized
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High energy, competitive mindset, and strong work ethic
Interest in AI, SaaS, MarTech, or sales technology
Comfortable working onsite in New York 5 days per week
Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous
