Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $140,000 – $190,000 base salary
Overview
Our client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution at a pivotal stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and wants to shape how a product is positioned, sold, and experienced in the market.
You’ll operate as a true marketing generalist, partnering closely with product and sales to define messaging, launch new offerings, and drive pipeline. This is an opportunity to play a foundational role in building a category-defining company within a complex, high-value industry.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and features
- Own product positioning, messaging, and narrative development to clearly communicate value to enterprise buyers
- Build and deliver high-impact sales enablement materials, including decks, case studies, and competitive positioning
- Partner closely with sales to support deal cycles and improve conversion across the funnel
- Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and field marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and pipeline
- Establish and refine the marketing playbook, processes, and frameworks as the function scales
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to align on growth strategy and priorities
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or a related role, ideally in a high-growth or early-stage environment
- Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with marketing collateral and deal support
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and execute quickly in a fast-paced setting
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and building from zero to one
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
