The Role

Our client is hiring an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction, working closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to maximize account value.

This is a fully onsite role in New York.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing martech customers

  • Own day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders across accounts

  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within assigned accounts

  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales as needed

  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial discussions

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term adoption

  • Coordinate with customer success, product, and support teams

  • Lead quarterly business reviews and performance discussions

  • Track account health, renewals, and forecasts in CRM

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within B2B SaaS

  • Experience managing and expanding commercial or enterprise accounts

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills

  • Comfort navigating multiple stakeholders within customer organizations

  • Experience with renewals, expansions, and account planning

  • Martech or digital marketing experience preferred

  • Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused

  • Thrives in an in-office, team-oriented environment
