Our client is a high-growth B2B SaaS company selling a mission-critical platform to enterprise customers. They have strong product-market fit, a growing enterprise customer base, and are entering a major scale phase. To support this growth, they are building senior sales leadership in New York to own and expand their enterprise revenue engine.
This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role and materially influence the company’s next phase of growth.
Our client is hiring a VP of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale their enterprise sales organization. This role owns enterprise revenue strategy, execution, and team performance, with responsibility for building repeatable enterprise motions and closing the company’s largest, most strategic deals.
This is a fully onsite role in New York and works closely with executive leadership across sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
Own enterprise revenue strategy and execution across new business and expansion
Lead, hire, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives
Personally sponsor and help close the largest and most complex enterprise deals
Build and refine enterprise sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management
Partner with marketing on enterprise demand generation and account-based strategies
Work closely with product and customer success to align roadmap and retention efforts
Develop executive relationships with key enterprise customers
Drive accurate forecasting, deal inspection, and performance management
Establish a high-performance, accountable sales culture
Represent the company in executive meetings, board discussions, and industry events
10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including enterprise sales leadership
Proven track record leading and scaling enterprise sales teams
History of closing and overseeing seven-figure enterprise deals
Strong executive presence with the ability to sell and operate at the C-suite level
Experience building repeatable enterprise sales motions and processes
Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, procurement, and enterprise buying behavior
Data-driven operator with strong forecasting and pipeline discipline
Thrives in a high-growth, in-office leadership environment
Hands-on, accountable, and results-oriented leader
$250,000 base salary with $500,000 OTE
