Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote (Boston-based)
Compensation: $70,000 base, $100,000 OTE


Our client is a fast-growing B2B technology company looking to add a high-energy Sales Development Representative to their revenue team. This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates based in the Boston area, offering strong earning potential and a clear path into closing roles.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline for the sales team by identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with prospective customers. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants best-in-class training, exposure to a modern sales tech stack, and a merit-based promotion path.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting into target accounts via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach
  • Qualifying inbound leads and converting them into sales meetings
  • Booking discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Researching accounts and personalizing outreach to key decision-makers
  • Managing activity and pipeline accurately in the CRM
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting
  • Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly activity and meeting targets
What They’re Looking For
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or high-volume outreach roles
  • Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone
  • Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
