The Role
Our client is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new enterprise revenue through outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales execution. This role focuses on closing complex, high-value deals and selling into regulated healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders.
This is a fully onsite role in New York and will work closely with leadership, product, and clinical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into enterprise healthcare organizations through outbound, referrals, and strategic networking
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Close new business deals with $100,000+ annual contract values
- Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline consistently
- Sell to senior decision-makers including VP, C-level, and clinical leaders
- Lead discovery calls, demos, and value-based presentations tailored to healthcare use cases
- Navigate complex buying committees and longer sales cycles
- Partner cross-functionally with product, customer success, and implementation teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Represent the company at in-person meetings, conferences, and industry events in New York
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within health tech or healthcare technology
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Track record of closing $100,000+ enterprise deals
- Experience selling into healthcare providers, payers, or regulated industries preferred
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and enterprise closing skills
- Comfortable navigating compliance, security, and procurement processes
- Thrives in a high-performance, in-office sales environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Compensation and Benefits
- $150,000 base salary with $300,000 OTE
