Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete repairs to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently. This role also helps maintain the maintenance shop, parts inventory, and equipment records while supporting a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete timely repairs
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and work orders
• Help organize the maintenance shop and maintain parts inventory
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams
• Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to become certified to operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts, and pass a respirator fit test
