Position:Project Manager (San Jose, CA) 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Contractor) to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and delivery. The ideal candidate has approximately five years of project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, marketing, and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track progress to completion.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive accountability for deliverables and follow through on commitments across project teams.
• Support change management activities and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously improve project management processes, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Approximately five years of project management experience in a technology, engineering, semiconductor, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
