Process Engineer - Die Cast 

Job Overview: Our Grafton, WI client is seeking to add a NEW Die Cast Process Engineer to their team.

This is a Direct Hire role onsite full time. 

• Develop and maintain die casting process parameters.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues (machines, vacuum systems, ladles, sprayers).
• Partner with production, tooling, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve downtime.
• Lead improvement projects in scrap reduction, OEE, and cycle time.
• Support new product launches, tooling reviews, and PPAP submissions.
• Train staff on die casting fundamentals and process standards. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in die casting, foundry, or related manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of die casting processes and equipment.
• Experience with problem-solving tools, SPC, and automotive quality systems.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
