Senior Software Developer (Remote – US Only)

This role offers the opportunity to continually learn, grow, and apply your expertise across a wide variety of industries and projects. As consultants, we don’t focus on a single product—we partner with clients to understand their unique goals and deliver solutions tailored to their needs.

You’ll collaborate with product owners and development teams in a fast-paced agile/scrum environment, building new web and mobile applications while also supporting and enhancing existing systems. From day one, you’ll work directly with clients, helping translate their business goals into technical solutions that solve problems and unlock opportunities.

This is a remote position (US only). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with clients and product owners to understand goals, define requirements, and drive technical implementation.

  • Develop secure, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions with strong test coverage.

  • Collaborate with teammates through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

  • Troubleshoot and debug both new and legacy systems with empathy and professionalism.

  • Balance scope, budget, timeline, and ROI to deliver value-driven solutions.

  • Co-lead large, complex projects—contributing to design, architecture, story grooming, release planning, and mentoring junior developers.

  • Manage multiple priorities effectively across concurrent projects.

  • Actively support and shape continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Expectations & Growth

  • First 30 days: Deliver user stories with minimal guidance, focusing on clean, secure, and testable code.

  • Ongoing: Support existing client systems, troubleshoot unknowns, and contribute to project success with attention to detail and teamwork.

  • First year: Co-lead the design and delivery of complex systems, mentor teammates, and influence architecture and development practices.
