Account Executive 

Job Overview: Our insurance client located in Overland Park, KS is seeking to add a new Account Executive to their team. The Account Executive will play a key part in delivering tailored insurance solutions to businesses across the country. With no geographic restrictions, the Account Executive will have the freedom to build their book of business nationally, while developing meaningful client relationships and driving revenue growth.

This is a Direct Hire role.

• Partner with Sales Executives on prospecting, renewal meetings, and service planning
• Analyze insurance data to ensure clients have optimal coverage
• Build strong, trust-based client relationships through responsive service
• Manage premium collections and ensure timely payments
• Work with underwriters to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and coverage
• Create and execute marketing strategies for Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health programs
• Cross-sell to round out accounts and expand coverage
• Mentor and support Associate Account Executives
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Must obtain resident insurance license within 90 days of hire
  • We provide full support including pre-licensing training, materials, exam fees, and a comprehensive onboarding program
• 2–4 years of professional sales experience (insurance background a plus but not required)
• Confident in cold calling and eager to build a client base from the ground up
• Motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable using Outlook, Word, and Excel in a fast-paced environment
