Job Title: SAP FI Analyst (Remote)

Position Type: Full-Time | Remote | Active DOD Secret Clearance Required

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financial Accounting (FI) Analyst to provide expert-level business process guidance and support for Navy ERP. This role involves analyzing, designing, and configuring SAP FI solutions to streamline financial operations, automate reporting, and support external compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FI, strong cross-functional integration knowledge, and experience supporting complex federal environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and configure SAP FI to support general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, cash management, and posting periods

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements

• Implement enhancements and optimize financial processes within the SAP landscape

• Ensure effective integration with related SAP modules including CO and logistics

• Lead and support large-scale functional or technical teams

• Maintain system documentation and contribute to testing and production support

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP FI

• Strong understanding of FI-CO integration and cross-module dependencies

• Proven ability to translate business needs into system enhancements and configurations

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)

• Active DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of focused SAP FI experience

• Experience working with Navy ERP or within DoD IT architecture

• Prior federal consulting experience

• Familiarity with change management processes and procedures

• Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and post-production support
