Job Title: SAP SD Analyst (Remote)

Position Type: Full-Time | Remote | Active DOD Secret Clearance Required

Overview:

Our client is seeking a seasoned SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Analyst to provide expert-level business process guidance and configuration support for Navy ERP initiatives. This role involves designing and optimizing SAP SD processes to align with customer needs, driving system improvements, and ensuring seamless cross-module integration. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise and a strong understanding of federal systems, particularly within the DoD and Navy ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and configure SAP SD processes to deliver effective system solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and refine sales and distribution workflows

• Design and implement system enhancements that align with mission-critical objectives

• Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules, including FI, CO, FM, and PS

• Provide leadership and mentoring to functional and technical teams

• Support post-implementation activities including production support and issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP experience with expertise in SAP SD

• Proven ability to translate business needs into SAP system solutions

• Strong experience resolving cross-functional SAP integration issues

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (additional experience may substitute)

• Active DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Navy ERP and familiarity with DoD IT architectures

• Prior federal consulting experience

• Strong background in SAP SD post go-live support, including break/fix efforts

• Experience with the SAP SD reimbursement process

• Understanding of integration points across FI/CO/FM/PS and other SAP modules

• Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
