Job Title: SAP IM/WM Analyst (Remote)
Position Type: Full-Time (Contract) | Remote | Active DOD Secret Clearance Required
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) Analyst to lead the development and support of SAP-driven inventory and warehouse solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, design robust SAP configurations, and support end-to-end solution delivery—from requirements gathering through post-production support. You’ll play a key role in optimizing materials management processes, enhancing system integration, and maintaining system documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine SAP IM/WM business requirements
Configure SAP IM/WM solutions and support data migration, interfaces, and testing activities
Lead the design of interfaces, reports, conversion programs, and system enhancements
Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, functional specs, and test cases
Provide ongoing SAP application support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
Ensure seamless integration with modules such as CO, FM, FI, SD, and MM
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on SAP experience
Expert-level knowledge in: Inbound, RF, Quality Inspection, Pack/Pass, Serial Number Management, Batch Management, Handling Units, and Transportation/Shipping
Experience across the SDLC in complex Tier 3 environments
Proven integration experience with core SAP modules
Previous federal project experience required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (substitutions allowed with equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of direct SAP IM/WM experience
Familiarity with decentralized SAP EWM and integration with IM/WM
Knowledge of HazMat handling and SAP-based compliance workflows
Experience using agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Understanding of DoD/Navy ERP systems and federal IT architectures
Background in change management processes
