Job Title: Test Engineer – SSD Customer Qualification

Division: Enterprise Product Division

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our SSD Customer Qualification team within Samsung’s Enterprise Product Division. In this role, you will play a critical part in qualifying OEM SSDs by executing and debugging comprehensive test plans, collaborating closely with development teams, and driving issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and debug SSD qualification tests to ensure compliance with OEM requirements

• Collaborate with development teams to investigate and resolve test failures

• Analyze test scripts and system logs to identify root causes of issues

• Support development and maintenance of test automation frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with front-end storage protocols such as NVMe/PCIe or SAS

• Proficiency in Linux-based environments

• Strong scripting/programming skills in Perl, Shell, or Python

• Ability to interpret and analyze test results and logs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with IBM systems

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Certification processes
