Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Contract Qualtrics Project Manager to lead and manage complex survey and feedback projects using the Qualtrics platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and expertise in Qualtrics software. This role is entirely remote and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning through execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Design, build, and deploy surveys and feedback tools using the Qualtrics platform.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Provide training and support to clients and team members on Qualtrics functionalities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in data collection and survey design.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on survey or feedback systems.
- Expertise in using Qualtrics software for survey design and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Qualtrics or related survey platforms.
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
