Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop Epicor and other system customizations as needed, including Dashboards, BAQ’s and Screen modifications.
• Lead programming on new systems development projects.
• Lead programming maintenance on existing systems, including custom trailer configurator and quoting tool
• Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
• Work with Technical Staff to assist in resolving problems with software products.
• Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.
• Train end users to operate new or modified programs.
• Schedule and perform software improvements and upgrades.
Qualification/Requirements:

• Proficiency in VB.NET and/or C#.NET, SSRS and SQL are required
• Experience in ERP OR CRM software Designing and maintaining BAQs, Crystal Reports, SSRS reports, and dashboards a plus
• Creating data driven integrations between ERP and other business systems a plus
• Experience programming in Manufacturing environment a plus
• Experience interfacing with Autodesk products a plus
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
• Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new technologies
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, 2-5 five+ years related work experience in absence of formal education.
