Senior Account Manager
Job Overview: Our client, in commercial insurance, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Risk Management team in Denver, Colorado. This role involves managing a growing book of generalist and real estate accounts, providing top-tier service to clients, producers, and insurance carriers.
This is a Direct Hire role.
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with a proactive, service-driven approach
Oversee account renewals and the marketing of new and renewal business
Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
Coordinate with resources such as Claims, Legal, Safety, and Marketing when needed
Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced client service
Prepare materials for client meetings and attend as needed
Respond to client inquiries regarding policy coverage and service
Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless account management
Mentor and support team members as a subject matter expert
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
6–8 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry
Active Property & Casualty Insurance license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
Experience with EPIC Agency Management Software preferred
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Hours you will be work as a Senior Account Manager
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. After 90 days, enjoy a hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
