Senior Verification Engineer
Location: Hybrid – San Jose, CA (3 days onsite, flexible remote options)
Join a cutting-edge team driving innovation in Memory System solutions tailored for the growing needs of machine learning, data analytics, and edge computing. We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Verification Engineer to develop and execute advanced verification systems for memory-centric applications.
What You’ll Do:
•Define and contribute to the overall verification strategy and methodology
•Design and develop testbenches using UVM and SystemVerilog
•Create detailed test plans and collaborate on their definition and refinement
•Build scalable UVM infrastructures for modular and full-chip verification
•Own verification of design modules and subsystems from start to finish
•Architect testbenches and implement reusable components in UVM
•Drive verification execution to closure, ensuring thorough coverage
•Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to define verification requirements and achieve functional/code coverage goals
•Develop functional coverage constraints using SVA
•Support post-silicon bring-up and debug activities
What You Bring:
•Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 15+ years of experience, or
• Master’s with 13+ years of experience, or
• Ph.D. with 10+ years of experience
• Deep expertise in UVM-based verification
•Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and C++
•Proven experience in logic and SoC verification, from planning to closure
•Solid understanding of verification methodologies, tools, and flows
•Experience with one or more: PCIe, NVMe, Ethernet, ARM AMBA
•Familiarity with flash memory controllers, IP-level and SoC-level verification
•Exposure to emerging technologies like CXL, computational memory/storage, AI/LLM accelerators is a plus
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

•Ability to work effectively across global and diverse teams
