Position Overview: As a Senior Structural Project Engineer, you will play a key role in our projects, providing expert guidance, managing complex engineering assignments, and mentoring junior engineers. Your in-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, advanced analytical capabilities, and project management expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our diverse portfolio of projects. Job Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and guidance on structural engineering design, analysis, and construction methodologies. Manage the engineering design of multiple projects simultaneously Conduct thorough analysis and calculations to verify the integrity and performance of structural systems. Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development. Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and reports prepared by junior team members. Perform site visits and inspections to assess the condition of existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance project outcomes. Train to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions. Train to collaborate with business development teams to prepare proposals, participate in client meetings, and contribute to the growth of the company.
