Maintenance Manager

Overview:
The Maintenance Manager is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and improving company-wide performance. This role requires strong technical skills, team management, and hands-on involvement in troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and assign maintenance tasks based on production needs
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs
• Train and develop maintenance technicians
• Monitor and evaluate department performance
• Provide safety and technical training
• Coordinate machine and project statuses with production

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Expertise in hydraulic and electrical systems
• PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience
