GENERAL LABOR / PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Warren Area, Michigan | Contract-to-Direct Opportunity

Pay – Day Shift $14.00 per hour
Pay – Off Shift $14.50 per hour
Schedule Approximately 50–55 hours per week, including overtime

Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, hardworking General Labor / Production Associates for a manufacturing facility
in the Warren area. This is a fast-paced production position ideal for candidates with previous
manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or general labor experience. The position offers
consistent overtime and is a contract-to-direct opportunity for employees who demonstrate strong
attendance, reliability, safety, and job performance.
Key Responsibilities
 Perform general labor and production duties in a manufacturing environment.
 Complete basic assembly and production tasks according to work instructions.
 Handle, move, organize, and stage parts or materials as needed.
 Inspect parts and finished products for basic quality requirements.
 Maintain production pace and meet daily productivity expectations.
 Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
 Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and supervisor direction.
 Work effectively as part of a production team and assist in other areas when needed.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
 Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 Mechanically inclined or hands-on work experience is a plus.
 Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
 Ability to work approximately 50–55 hours per week, including overtime as scheduled.
 Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
 Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
