GENERAL LABOR / PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Warren Area, Michigan | Contract-to-Direct Opportunity
Pay Day Shift $14.00 per hour
Pay Off Shift $14.50 per hour
Schedule Approximately 5055 hours per week, including overtime
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, hardworking General Labor / Production Associates for a manufacturing facility
in the Warren area. This is a fast-paced production position ideal for candidates with previous
manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or general labor experience. The position offers
consistent overtime and is a contract-to-direct opportunity for employees who demonstrate strong
attendance, reliability, safety, and job performance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general labor and production duties in a manufacturing environment.
Complete basic assembly and production tasks according to work instructions.
Handle, move, organize, and stage parts or materials as needed.
Inspect parts and finished products for basic quality requirements.
Maintain production pace and meet daily productivity expectations.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and supervisor direction.
Work effectively as part of a production team and assist in other areas when needed.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Mechanically inclined or hands-on work experience is a plus.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to work approximately 5055 hours per week, including overtime as scheduled.
Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
