Tool and Die Maker DIRECT HIRE
Auburn Hills
Multiple positions open looking mainly for off shift 5pm-3:30pm will also look at days as well 6am shift


Responsible for 

• Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain progressive and transfer stamping dies.
• Operate mills, lathes, grinders, drill presses, and EDM equipment to manufacture and repair tooling.
• Diagnose tooling issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Inspect tooling using precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform die modifications, engineering changes, sharpening, fitting, spotting, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
