Direct Hire Machinist Openings – Entry-Level & Experienced

�� 1st Shift Available (2nd Shift Coming Soon)
�� Pay: $16–$19/hr (Based on experience and skill level)

Overview:

We are seeking mechanically inclined, motivated individuals to join our growing team as Machinists in a manufacturing facility serving various industries. Openings are available for both entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and experienced machinists ready to contribute their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production

• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools for precision

• Perform mechanical assembly, deburring, and quality inspections

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

Entry-Level Candidates:

• No prior machining experience required

• Must be reliable, willing to learn, and have a mechanical aptitude

Experienced Candidates (1–2+ Years):

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and production machine setups

• Familiarity with surface grinders, manual machining, and deburring

• Experience in quality inspections and mechanical troubleshooting

Key Skills:

• Machine setup and operation

• Blueprint reading

• Manual machining techniques

• Quality inspection and mechanical assembly

• Shop math and measurement accuracy

• Basic computer literacy

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
