Manual and CNC Machinist Needed

Locations: Warren, Auburn Hills & Brighton, MI

A precision machining company is seeking skilled Manual and CNC Machinists for all shifts. We are hiring at all levels, including operators, setup machinists, and programmers. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with pay based on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers, lathes, mills, grinders, and Bridgeports
• Read and interpret G & M codes
• Load and unload parts into fixtures for machining and metal removal
• Perform in-process inspections and deburring to ensure part accuracy
• Make tool offsets, adjustments, and compensations as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with Manual and CNC setup, operation, or programming
• Strong understanding of GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Ability to read and use precision measuring instruments
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Crane and Hi-Lo experience is helpful
• Own tools preferred
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required

Shift Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Occasional Saturdays
• Standard Workweek
