Location: Marine City, MI
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract with Potential for Direct Hire
Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $16.00/hr (Monday - Friday)
• 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM | $16.50/hr (Monday - Friday)
• Overtime Available – 50+ Hours Per Week

Job Summary

We are seeking Press Operators to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating press machines, inspecting materials, handling objects, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of following strict production guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and control press machines and related equipment
• Handle and move materials efficiently to support production needs
• Inspect labels, materials, and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Monitor and maintain equipment for optimal performance
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company procedures
• Work 50+ hours per week with potential for overtime

Requirements

• Must pass a background check (iChat) and drug test (mouth swab)
• Must complete specific paperwork before starting
• Required to attend an unpaid orientation and facility walkthrough before beginning work
• Must provide necessary identification and information for badge processing
• Complete required safety training, quizzes, and attendance agreements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive-motion environment
