This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and wants to contribute to the next generation of quantitative technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the migration of a large-scale, award-winning C++ application from Windows to a multi-platform environment supporting both Linux and Windows.
- Drive improvements in platform architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop and enhance high-performance systems supporting trading, risk management, and analytics functions.
- Collaborate with engineers, quantitative specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic technology initiatives.
- Help shape the future of a modern quantitative platform focused on data-driven analytics, machine learning, and AI.
Required Experience
- 10–15 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expert-level C++ development skills.
- Proven experience building and maintaining multi-platform C++ applications across Linux and Windows.
- Strong hands-on experience with CMake and modern software build environments.
- Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and performance optimisation.
- Experience working within financial markets or developing systems for trading, pricing, risk management, or analytics.
- Ability to make an immediate impact in a highly technical environment.

Salary: up to ~84 EUR/gross (depending on experience level)
