In this role, you will lead and coordinate store layout planning for new store openings, remodels, and other development projects in close collaboration with internal teams. Your work will ensure efficient use of space, smooth store operations, and an excellent customer experience.
As a key expert in store layout and macro space planning, you will collaborate with Real Estate, Sales & Operations, and other departments to deliver layouts that support business goals. You will also ensure layout accuracy in digital systems and contribute to the development of modern, efficient, and customer-friendly retail environments.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and a good command of English
- Experience in project and process management
- Strong collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good computer skills
- B category driving license
- Retail acumen and knowledge of macro space planning platforms (e.g., Symphony AI) would be considered an advantage
- Develop and optimize store layouts to improve customer flow and operational efficiency
- Prepare layout proposals for new stores and remodel projects
- Ensure smooth implementation of layout changes without disrupting store operations
- Maintain accurate digital layout documentation according to Baltic standards
- Cooperate with Real Estate, Sales & Operations, and other teams in store openings and remodels
- Communicate layout changes, timelines, and responsibilities to stakeholders
- Contribute to store layout, planogram, and store environment development
- Ensure cross-functional alignment in layout-related projects
