HR Business Partner (Fixed-Term)
This role is offered as a 1.5-year fixed-term contract with the potential for long-term collaboration.
Strategic Staffing Solutions International customer:— a global IT company that supports major organizations in their digital transformation efforts.
Their team develops innovative IT solutions, transitions clients to the cloud, integrates digital processes,
and manages IT systems operations and support.
They are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner who enjoys being close to people and close to the business. Someone who is confident advising managers, comfortable navigating complex employee situations, and equally willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure that everyday HR processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and employees, advising on employee relations, HR policies, and people-related decisions.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations through salary benchmarking, labor market analysis, and compensation reviews.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, frameworks, and processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
Drive Learning & Development initiatives, identifying capability gaps and supporting managers in building strong teams.
Contribute to Employer Branding, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.
Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers on hiring strategies and workforce needs.
Analyze HR metrics, trends, and workforce data to provide insights to support HR strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist, Senior HR Specialist, or similar.
Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation.
Experience advising managers and supporting people-related decision-making.
Experience working with HR data, salary benchmarking, or labor market analysis is considered an advantage.
Ability to drive HR initiatives and improve HR processes across the organization.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills when working with managers and employees.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Latvian and English.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Offer:
Monthly gross salary from 2200 to 3000 EUR, depending on your level of expertise.
Hybrid way of working with cozy office space in the center of Riga, requiring at least three days per week on-site.
