Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, Mondays and Fridays remote)
Contract: Fixed-term, 6 months, direct hire
Salary: Up to €3,500 gross/month
About the Role:
Strategic Staffing Solutions International Client - A rapidly growing Scandinavian healthcare company with a global presence is sseeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their recruitment efforts within the healthcare and medical products sector. In this role, you will work closely with their teams to attract, engage, and hire top talent for commercial positions across Nordic markets, particularly Finland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and engage candidates for commercial roles in Nordic markets.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress using ATS and other systems.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified talent.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in commercial or Nordic markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Fluent English; knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.
