Job Summary
As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution and optimization of CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple markets. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted customer communications, monitor performance, and contribute to data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of CRM and lifecycle campaigns, including planning, execution, QA, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Data, Analytics) to align on campaign objectives and performance metrics
- Assist in defining customer audiences and segmentation for targeted communications
- Coordinate campaign assets and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions)
- Support A/B testing initiatives and contribute to performance optimization efforts
- Ensure accuracy and quality across all communications, including content, links, and localization
- Assist in adapting and localizing campaigns for different markets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or customer engagement
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, or similar tools)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Basic data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
