They offer comprehensive services related to the protection and maintenance of mobile devices, providing their customers with a convenient and completely digital service. Their services include financing, repair and even replacement of devices. They operate in the European, Asian and African markets, serving almost 8 million customers.

As a German speaking Back Office & Partner Support Specialist, you would play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. Your support behind the scenes is essential for accurate data handling, timely issue resolution, and seamless communication, all of which contribute directly to the overall efficiency and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Adjust claims in accordance with applicable procedures and applicable laws.
• Conduct processes related to the confirmation of cover, policy changes, cancellations in accordance with applicable procedures and legal regulations.
• Ensure high quality claims handling & policies.
• Ensure high quality telephone customer service.
• Manage customer and business partner correspondence relating to claims handling.
• Liaise with repairers and other external entities providing services to the business.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of German to communicate with clients and partners
• University degree, preferred majors: insurance, economics, finance.
• Min. 1 year experience in a similar position (e.g. banking and insurance, property& casualty claims adjustment).
• Knowledge of English to communicate freely.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
