Account Manager -  Costa Rica

Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in IT services? Are you driven by results and passionate about building strong client relationships? This opportunity could be for you!

We are looking for someone:
✅ 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or account management
✅ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
✅ A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
✅ A degree in business or a technical field (preferred)

 What will you do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Support companies with their IT staffing needs
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers
• Present S3’s value proposition through strategic outreach
• Collaborate with internal teams across all lines of business
