Job Description
Strategic Staffing Solutions International's client is a leading global investment bank and financial services firm, known for working with top companies, governments, and institutions. With a strong presence worldwide, it focuses on investment banking, markets, asset management, and consumer finance.As their global Settlements team in the UK and Poland continues to grow, they are now looking for a UI Developer to join on an 8-month contract, with the potential for extension.
What you'll need:
- Strong experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Proficiency in React
- Solid understanding of CSS3 and CSS-in-JS solutions
- Experience with build tools and bundlers (e.g. Webpack, Vite)
- Skilled in building highly reactive, event-driven UIs with streaming data
- Familiarity with WebSockets
- Unit testing experience (Jest, Vitest)
- Good knowledge of state management
- Understanding of web performance optimization
Nice to have:
- Experience with other frontend frameworks (e.g. Vue, Svelte)
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind
- Exposure to OpenFin (HereCore)
- Knowledge of code splitting and lazy loading
- Experience with end-to-end testing tools (e.g. Cypress, Playwright)
- Familiarity with AMPS or other real-time data streaming platforms

- Salary range: up to 28,500 PLN gross (FTE) or up to 230 PLN/hour (B2B)
