Job Description

Job Title: Backend Developer – Python, C#, AWS (Serverless), SQL
Location: Argentina

Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Python and C#, who is also proficient in building cloud-native applications using AWS Serverless technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and a passion for creating scalable, high-performance backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and C#

  • Build and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS Serverless stack (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.)

  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards

  • Work with relational and non-relational databases; write optimized SQL queries

  • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in backend development

  • Strong programming skills in both Python and C#

  • Proven experience working with AWS Serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation or SAM)

  • Solid understanding of SQL and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server

  • Experience with REST APIs and integration with third-party services

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git, GitLab, GitHub Actions)

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently or as part of a team
