As a Customer Operations Representative (English & French), you’ll join a diverse, fast-paced environment where your contribution directly impacts the experience of users worldwide. You’ll be on the front line of a product-driven fintech company that's redefining the future of payments.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for users and partners, providing high-quality support across multiple channels.
  • Guide users through onboarding and account verification processes to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Investigate and resolve queries efficiently and professionally, escalating when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Payment Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success to continuously improve the customer journey.
  • Build deep product knowledge to support both recurring and one-off payments, including SEPA and open banking solutions.
  • Handle daily communication in both English and French with professionalism and clarity.
  • Support the optimization of internal tools and support processes.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing support or operations role.
  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a natural curiosity to dig into customer issues.
  • Tech-savvy mindset, with a quick grasp of complex systems and product features.
  • Experience using tools like Zendesk, Slack, and Jira.
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude – you investigate before escalating.
  • Team-oriented with a drive to grow professionally in the fintech space.
  • A positive and open mindset towards continuous improvement and change.
