About The Team & Business Line

The Middle Office Solutions (MOS) team is a global group providing an extensive suite of middle office services to clients within two main areas: Trade Operations, and Treasury and Cash Management.

Trade Operations includes matching client trades on trade date (T) with trading counterparties, resolving breaks, handling OTC confirmations, and monitoring PB fails.

Treasury and Cash Management includes Collateral Management (independently calculating variation margin and assisting clients with daily margin requirements) and Treasury services (facilitating the payment of invoices, transfers, margin, and OTC settlement).

Using innovative proprietary technology, MOS offers these services across all business lines.

Currently, they are looking for a candidate in a senior role to manage the Collateral team, support the execution of the MOS strategy, oversee deliverables, ensure quality, and contribute to the group’s development through new solutions.



Your Role

  • Plan, control, and oversee the timely and accurate execution of daily summaries of client collateral positions (ISDA, GMRA, REPO).
  • Ensure collateral deliverables are accurate and follow risk management policies and client SLAs.
  • Check and authorize payment instructions on time and with accuracy.
  • Ensure the accuracy of in-house reconciliation and third-party platform usage.
  • Actively participate in daily reconciliation and improvement of the product offering.
  • Continuously review and suggest improvements to collateral management processes and systems.
  • Participate in internal projects to support business needs and priorities.
  • Report:
  • Changes in client procedures.
  • Foreseen risks or delays in deliverables.
  • Any threats to process quality or control.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with our client’s offices, clients, and third parties.
  • Actively support the full collateral management process.

About You

  • 2+ Years in Financial Services with background in collateral management being an advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative subjects desirable
  • Knowledge of Hedge and Mutual Funds
  • Strong customer service skills and comfortable communicating with clients and counterparties via e-mail and phone
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details
  • Committed team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail focused with the ability to multi-task.
  • Adaptive, flexible professional style, capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and aptitude to learn new skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong Business English both by written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Collateral agreements is an advantage
  • Experience with SWIFT messages
