Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s client, one of the world’s leading integrated energy companies, is establishing 4 new teams in Lithuania!
Their Data Hosting team is seeking a Lead Solution Architect. In this role, you will be will be responsible for designing, deploying, optimizing, and securing Azure-based data hosting solutions, ensuring seamless storage, backup, automation, disaster recovery, and OT (Operational Technology) integration. The role involves strategic NetApp storage management, Veeam backup configuration, vault security, and automation using Ansible to enhance operational efficiency and resilience.


What you will do:

• Design and implement Azure Data Hosting strategies.
• Manage Azure NetApp Files (ANF), Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO), and Blob Storage for scalable and optimized storage solutions.
• Oversee storage tiering and lifecycle policies to maximize performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead the Veeam backup configuration and ensure comprehensive data protection strategies in Azure.
• Implement Azure Vault configurations to secure backups and sensitive data.
• Architect disaster recovery solutions using Azure Site Recovery.
• Develop Ansible role management for automated storage setup and monitoring.
• Implement Ansible, Terraform and ARM templates for Infrastructure as Code deployment of storage services.
• Automate Veeam backup environment setup using Ansible to enhance reliability.
• Architect OT data hosting solutions within Azure, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
• Ensure high availability of OT workloads with data hosting configurations.
• Configure Azure RBAC and IAM policies to govern storage access control.
• Implement Azure Key Vault for secure credential management within hosted environments.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft Defender for Cloud and regulatory security best practices.
• Utilize Azure Monitor & Log Analytics for proactive storage performance tracking.
• Optimize storage resources with capacity planning and tiered performance management.
• Establish governance frameworks to prevent overutilization and inefficiencies.
