Job Description
Strategic Staffing Solutions International client is a leading medical technology company developing innovative continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems for diabetes management.
Responsibilities:
- Support Dutch-speaking patients via phone, web forms, and emails.
- Handle patient inquiries, product/service concerns, and technical issues related to mobile apps, cloud software, and hardware.
- Access and update patient accounts, monitor compliance, and provide technical support and training to patients and healthcare providers.
- Serve as the first point-of-contact for patient support and coordinate with Customer Advocacy.
- Respond to inquiries and complaints via phone and email, provide troubleshooting and training over the phone.
- Document and analyze patient and product data, send replacements and samples, and conduct follow-ups.
- Participate in new product training as required.
- Comply with Quality System standards, regulatory requirements, and patient confidentiality.
- Promote high-quality technical support, achieving agreed service levels.
- Help ensure satisfactory customer survey results.
What Makes You Successful:
- Fluency in English and Dutch (written and oral).
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS X, and web browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
- Experience supporting iOS/Android mobile apps and Cloud-based systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening skills, and empathy.
- Ability to retain detailed information and solve problems efficiently.
- Work independently and collaborate with other departments.
