Job Description

Our client - a global electronics manufacturing giant - is looking for Sustainability Analyst in Kaunas.

The objective of this role is to enhance Sustainability Reporting with respect to the company’s internal and external stakeholders. As an early career professional, who is passionate about sustainability and interested in its global best practices and innovations, you will:
1) support the communication of information relating to sustainability issues between company employees, and external stakeholders and
2) help collect and analyze global environmental data from the manufacturing sites and 
3) enhance the company’s positive development impacts.

You will work closely with a broader multidisciplinary team of professionals and will report to the Sustainability Program Manager while building your profile as a valued sustainability subject matter expert.

Core job responsibilities: 
  • Customer ESG request inbox management & reporting
  • Sustainability Excellence Award Program
  • System Maintenance and communication (Buildings, activities, users, etc.)
  • Diligent ESG data collection, review, support and training (Asia and Europe manufacturing (15 sites); (US and Mexico manufacturing (10 sites); from non-manufacturing locations (38 sites)
  • Quarterly Sustainability Dashboard Reporting (also in Team Guru)
  • Integration of new sites added to Diligent ESG
  • Coordination of site manager certification process
  • Lead Sustainability POCa in LFOS and operationalize sustainability
  • Assess site LFOS responses and scoring
  • Site Sustainability Manual maintenance, including site requirements, best practice sharing, and KPIs
  • Sustainability engagement (including intern presentations, site presentations, audit evolution)
  • Participation in workshops/projects related to function/department activities & Other duties assigned by manager 
Requirements: 
  • Prior work experience: 1-3 years 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • High attention to details
  • Strong analytical skills
