Lipa facility plays a vital role in delivering high-quality products through advanced manufacturing and engineering excellence.

Right now company is looking for experienced Finance Manager in Lipa.

Responsibilities

• Leading finance team to ensure accounting records posted correctly in SAP and in compliance with US GAAP and PRC GAAP. Timely perform month end closing and year end closing activities.
• Provide timely and useful financial reports and analysis, and communicate financial results to the management team
• Leading local financial planning process, annual re-costing, assist department on planning and quarterly forecasting supporting
• Be a business partner, drive finance result (Operating Income) through actively tracking and supporting Ops team to achieve cost saving target
• Participate local business management decision and provide financial inputs and insights
• Responsible for internal control process and SOX audit, create a control environment to identify weaknesses, and work with operation team to introduce and enhance the controls
• Timely review local government allowance projects to help improve plant overall profitability, assist Asia Tax team on High-tech enterprise, RD additional reduction

Qualifications

• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Excellent with Microsoft Excel and outlook,
• Manufacturing environment ERP experiences must, SAP application is preferred,
• Minimum 10 years relevant experiences with recent 3 years in management position.
