About the Role

As a Product Support Advisor (with German language), you will become an expert in our innovative continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology. Our products measure glucose levels in real-time via a sensor, delivering accurate readings directly to smart devices. After comprehensive onboarding and training, you’ll be equipped to provide compassionate guidance and support to patients living with diabetes, as well as to their families and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for patients and medical professionals in Germany.
  • You will address patient questions, product/service concerns, and troubleshoot technical issues related to Company's devices, mobile apps, and cloud software.
  • You will document and analyze patient and product information, send replacements and samples, and perform patient follow-ups.
  • You will be the first to learn about our new products and services.
  • You will be responsible for educating and training patients and healthcare providers.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of data.
  • You will observe quality and regulatory requirements.
  • You will contribute to maintaining high satisfaction scores in regular customer surveys.

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in German, with strong written and spoken skills, and you have basic proficiency in English.
  • You are able to retain detailed information, analyze, and effectively solve problems.
  • You are able to communicate effectively and professionally across various channels, including in person, over the phone, via email, and through other business correspondence.
  • You are empathetic and a good listener.
