This role supports the Executive Reporting, Metrics and Analytics (ERMA) team within Cybersecurity, partnering closely with domain owners to develop, manage, and deliver metrics and reports.

Serve as the front door for metric and reporting needs by engineering automation solutions, including automation of metrics, streamlining manual reporting processes, and developing dashboards.

Adhere to metric guidelines and standards established by Tech Controls, IRM, and Metrics Design and Governance teams to evaluate and manage metrics effectively.

Support domain and metric teams with metric changes, data gathering, and reporting to internal and external Cybersecurity audiences.

Lead ERMA Compliance Remediation efforts and provide services to peer ERMA teams to improve and mature processes, operations, and organizational management.

Design, update, and maintain the CS Metrics Portal and related products to ensure quality metrics are visible, manageable, and actionable.

Manage risk, provide control oversight, metric quality assurance, and compliance for Cybersecurity metrics to support adherence to policies and procedures.

Support the Cybersecurity Metric Committee (CMC) and provide tactical and administrative oversight for delivery of standardized, timely, accurate, and contextually relevant information.

Facilitate and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of metrics in collaboration with Cybersecurity domain stakeholders.

Serve as ERMA Domain Lead, completing or assisting metric owners with intake forms and obtaining necessary approvals for content updates.

Collaborate with key roles including Metric Owners/SMEs, Metric Delegates, Cybersecurity Domain Owners, Domain Delegates, Higher Committees, Control Owners, RAU Owners, and RAU Delegates.

1 or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC

Experience in relationship management and working with cross-functional stakeholders

Experience with information security program governance, metrics, and executive reporting

Strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

Experience with Data Governance practices

Adapt at writing SQL queries

Product Lifecycle Management experience
