Agile Coach / Delivery Coach

The Agile Coach supports product and engineering teams through Agile transformation initiatives by providing hands-on coaching, process improvement guidance, and Jira tool support. This role partners with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and leadership teams to improve delivery practices, optimize workflows, and promote Agile best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Support Product Owners and Tech Leads with backlog management, roadmap planning, and iterative delivery
• Configure and maintain Jira boards, workflows, and Jira Plans
• Guide teams through Agile transitions and process improvements
• Facilitate Agile best practices, delivery metrics, and team collaboration
• Develop and execute coaching plans to resolve delivery challenges
• Support Agile communities of practice and organizational transformation efforts

Qualifications

• Experience coaching Agile product and engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices
• Hands-on experience with Jira configuration and reporting
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives preferred
