Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting within the insurance industry. This role supports high-volume hiring and requires strong stakeholder engagement, sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This position is onsite and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Handle a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality and timeliness
- Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, HireEZ, and other sourcing tools
- Manage candidate pipelines and workflows using Workday and Eightfold
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Ensure compliance with company policies, compensation strategies, and equal employment practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Required Skills & Experience
- High-volume recruiting experience (2–5 years)
- Full-cycle recruiting experience (2–5 years)
- Candidate & client management experience (2–5 years)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Technology Requirements
- Workday (job postings and hiring workflow)
- Eightfold (candidate management and pipeline tracking)
- Sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or similar
